pin 77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pin 77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pin 77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
pin 77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where closure is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pin 77 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
